Erection of a single user business park development with ancillary facilities and basement carpark floors at Ayer Rajah Avenue extension

JECS was appointed to deliver the full Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) engineering scope for the erection of an 11-storey Media Hub Single-User Business Park at the Ayer Rajah Avenue extension. Purpose-built to support media, digital production, and technology-driven operations, this development comprises a comprehensive suite of ancillary facilities and multiple basement carpark floors, presenting complex engineering requirements across vertical building systems and diverse functional zones.

Erection of building with basement carpark for the National Heart Centre Singapore Nominated Sub-Contract for Design, Supply and Installation of Air-conditioning and Mechanical ventilation System

JECS was appointed as the Nominated Sub-Contractor for the design, supply, and installation of the Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) system for the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS), a major national healthcare facility serving specialised cardiac care.

JECS is engaged by Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) to provide preventive maintenance services for the District Cooling Plant (DCP) that supports one of Singapore’s largest integrated resorts. The DCP supplies chilled water to multiple hotels, attractions, retail zones, and entertainment facilities across the island, making reliability and efficiency crucial for uninterrupted operations.

Given the scale and mission-critical nature of chilled water supply at RWS, JECS implements a structured preventive maintenance strategy to ensure stable system performance, energy efficiency, and continuous cooling to support the resort’s 24/7 operational demands.

JECS carries out preventive maintenance for chiller plants across a diverse portfolio of properties managed by Far East Organization, CapitaLand, and Frasers Property. This ongoing project focuses on ensuring reliable cooling performance and operational efficiency for mixed-use developments, including commercial, retail, and hospitality spaces. All activities are planned and executed to minimize disruption to tenants and visitors while maintaining optimal comfort levels.

Chiller Plant Preventive Maintenance

JECS provides chiller plant preventive maintenance at Singtel Data Centre, ensuring uninterrupted cooling performance for this mission-critical facility. The project involves servicing multiple OEM chillers, with a focus on optimizing efficiency, reliability, and compliance with manufacturer standards. All work was carried out with minimal disruption to operations, safeguarding the data centre’s stringent environmental requirements.

The maintenance scope included detailed inspections, cleaning, calibration, and performance testing of chiller units and associated systems.
