Our expertise lies at the intersection of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV), facilities management, projects, and technical services.   • Derek Chan
    Derek Chan Managing Director of JECS

    Derek has more than 30 years of experience in mechanical & electrical engineering field. He has held various senior positions in Jardine Schindler Group and has spent abundant time in regional operations in Southeast Asia regions such as Vietnam and Taiwan. Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

  • Tay Choon Beng
    Tay Choon Beng Director of Services

    Choon Beng has been taking on the role as Director of Services since October 2022, and has been with the company for more than 30 years. He oversees the Services Team (Technical Service and Facilities Management) and provides valuable expertise, knowledge and experience to his team in clinching significant contacts, repairs, and A&A works. Choon Beng holds a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management.

  • Yvonne Chan
    Yvonne Chan Head of People & Culture

    Yvonne has more than 10 years of professional HR experiences in the Built Environment. She has previously worked for large engineering companies leading a team of 10, managing a headcount of 1200 and supporting them on people and culture needs. Yvonne holds a master’s degree in Business Management.

  • Flossie Chan
    Flossie Chan Head of Finance, IT and Procurement

    Flossie has more than 20 years of professional experience in the fields of Finance and Accounting. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Fellow Member of the Association since 2008. Flossie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

  • Dennis Soh
    Dennis Soh Head of Commercial

    Dennis has more that 20 years of experience in project management as well as techno-commercial matters, and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration in Project Management. Being in the oil and gas industry for the past decade, he was required to work with some of the largest multinational companies in the world.

  • Subramanian Chandran Pillai
    Subramanian Chandran Pillai Head of Facilities Management

    Manian has demonstrated his professionalism of management experience, ensuring that all projects under his team run smoothly. While he was previously a Lead of Facilities Management, he was always providing contingency plan in place to mitigate unforeseen circumstances.
    Manian holds a bachelor’s degress in Facilities Management
